Little Girl Cares
There is an old story about a young 8 year-old girl.
The girl entered an ice cream parlour and took a seat in front of the cashier.
The waiter came and put a glass of water in front of her.
“How much is a mixed ice cream cup?” the little girl asked.
“1 dollar and 75 cents” replied the waiter.
The little girl pulled her hand out of purse and studied the coins she had. “Well, how much is a plain ice cream?” she inquired.
By now, more people were waiting for a table and the waiter was growing very impatient. “1 dollar and 50 cents,” he impatiently replied.
The little girl again counted her coins. “I’ll have the plain ice cream,” she said.
The waiter brought the ice cream, put the bill on the table and walked away. The girl finished the ice cream, paid the cashier and left. When the waiter came back, tears came out of his eyes.
As he wiped down the table, there placed neatly beside the empty dish were 25 cents. You see, she couldn’t have the mixed ice cream because she had to have enough money to leave him a tip!!

Thank you, God for everything by Helen Steiner Rice
Thank you, God for everything …
The big things and the small,
For “every good gift comes from God,”
The Giver of them all.
And all too often we accept
Without any thanks or praise,
The gifts God sends as blessings
Each day in many ways.
And so at this Thanksgiving time,
We offer up a prayer,
To thank You, God, for giving us
A lot more than our share.
First, thank You for the little things
That often come our way,
The things we take for granted,
But don’t mention when we pray.
The unexpected courtesy,
The thoughtful, kindly deed,
A hand reached out to help us
In the time of sudden need.
Oh, make us more aware, dear God,
Of little daily graces
That come to us with “sweet surprise”
From never-dreamed-of places.
Then, thank You for the “miracles”
We are much too blind to see,
And give us new awareness
Of our many gifts from Thee.
And help us to remember
That the key to life and living,
Is to make each prayer a prayer of thanks
And every day Thanksgiving.

Assange focuses specially on Facebook as it played an important role in the success of Egypt's revolution, He calling Facebook " the most appalling spy machine that has ever been invented"
What Assange said precisely :
Here we have the world’s most comprehensive database about people, their relationships, their names, their addresses, their locations, their communications with each other, and their relatives, all sitting within the United States, all accessible to US Intelligence.”WikiLeakes founder believes that Facebook is joined by Google, Yahoo and other US giant organizations which have "built in interfaces for US Intelligence"
It’s not a matter of serving a subpoena, they have an interface they have developed for US Intelligence to use. Now, is the case that Facebook is run by US Intelligence? No, it’s not like that. It’s simply that US Intelligence is able to bring to bear legal and political pressure to them.
It’s costly for them to hand out individual records, one by one, so they have automated the process.Assange warn all Facebook users, stating that when you add a new friend, you are "doing free work for US Intelligence agencies, in building this electronic database for them"

Reply from CEO of J.P. Morgan to a Pretty Girl seeking a Rich Husband
A young and pretty lady posted this on a popular forum:
Title: What should I do to marry a rich guy?
I'm going to be honest of what I'm going to say here. I'm 25 this year. I'm very pretty, have style and good taste. I wish to marry a guy with $500k annual salary or above.
You might say that I'm greedy, but an annual salary of $1M is considered only as middle class in New York.
My requirement is not high. Is there anyone in this forum who has an income of $500k annual salary? Are you all married?
I wanted to ask: what should I do to marry rich persons like you?
Among those I've dated, the richest is $250k annual income, and it seems that this is my upper limit.
If someone is going to move into high cost residential area on the west of New York City Garden(?), $250k annual income is not enough.
I'm here humbly to ask a few questions:
1) Where do most rich bachelors hang out? (Please list down the names and addresses of bars, restaurant, gym)
2) Which age group should I target?
3) Why most wives of the riches are only average-looking? I've met a few girls who don't have looks and are not interesting, but they are able to marry rich guys.
4) How do you decide who can be your wife, and who can only be your girlfriend? (my target now is to get married)
Ms. Pretty
A philosophical reply from CEO of J.P. Morgan:
Dear Ms. Pretty,
I have read your post with great interest. Guess there are lots of girls out there who have similar questions like yours. Please allow me to analyse your situation as a professional investor.
My annual income is more than $500k, which meets your requirement, so I hope everyone believes that I'm not wasting time here.
From the standpoint of a business person, it is a bad decision to marry you. The answer is very simple, so let me explain.
Put the details aside, what you're trying to do is an exchange of "beauty" and "money" : Person A provides beauty, and Person B pays for it, fair and square.
However, there's a deadly problem here, your beauty will fade, but my money will not be gone without any good reason. The fact is, my income might increase from year to year, but you can't be prettier year after year.
Hence from the viewpoint of economics, I am an appreciation asset, and you are a depreciation asset. It's not just normal depreciation, but exponential depreciation. If that is your only asset, your value will be much worse 10 years later.
By the terms we use in Wall Street, every trading has a position, dating with you is also a "trading position".
If the trade value dropped we will sell it and it is not a good idea to keep it for long term - same goes with the marriage that you wanted. It might be cruel to say this, but in order to make a wiser decision any assets with great depreciation value will be sold or "leased".
Anyone with over $500k annual income is not a fool; we would only date you, but will not marry you. I would advice that you forget looking for any clues to marry a rich guy. And by the way, you could make yourself to become a rich person with $500k annual income. This has better chance than finding a rich fool.
Hope this reply helps. If you are interested in "leasing" services, do contact me.

From the dog's point of view, his master is an elongated and abnormally cunning dog. ~Mabel Louise Robinson
Dogs are miracles with paws. ~Attributed to Susan Ariel Rainbow Kennedy
Man is a dog's idea of what God should be. ~Holbrook Jackson
The dog is the only animal that has seen his god. ~Author Unknown
Dogs' lives are too short. Their only fault, really. ~Agnes Sligh Turnbull
The great pleasure of a dog is that you may make a fool of yourself with him and not only will he not scold you, but he will make a fool of himself too. ~Samuel Butler, Notebooks, 1912
There is no psychiatrist in the world like a puppy licking your face. ~Ben Williams
We long for an affection altogether ignorant of our faults. Heaven has accorded this to us in the uncritical canine attachment. ~George Eliot
I think dogs are the most amazing creatures; they give unconditional love. For me they are the role model for being alive. ~Gilda Radner
I think we are drawn to dogs because they are the uninhibited creatures we might be if we weren't certain we knew better. They fight for honor at the first challenge, make love with no moral restraint, and they do not for all their marvelous instincts appear to know about death. Being such wonderfully uncomplicated beings, they need us to do their worrying. ~George Bird Evans, Troubles with Bird Dogs
Our dogs will love and admire the meanest of us, and feed our colossal vanity with their uncritical homage. ~Agnes Repplier

The dog is a yes-animal, very popular with people who can't afford to keep a yes-man. ~Robertson Davies
Dogs laugh, but they laugh with their tails. ~Max Eastman, Enjoyment of Laughter
My goal in life is to be as good of a person my dog already thinks I am. ~Author Unknown
If dogs could talk, it would take a lot of the fun out of owning one. ~Andy Rooney
A dog is not "almost human" and I know of no greater insult to the canine race than to describe it as such. ~John Holmes
I talk to him when I'm lonesome like; and I'm sure he understands. When he looks at me so attentively, and gently licks my hands; then he rubs his nose on my tailored clothes, but I never say naught thereat. For the good Lord knows I can buy more clothes, but never a friend like that. ~W. Dayton Wedgefarth

One Day I was running in the Rain!
One day I was running in the rain!
Having all my burdens and pains..
Unable to see as everything was dark!
I was finding the way in the light of spark..
Cars were passing me side by side!
I asked everyone,
Can you give me a ride??
They replied we can't as this is all your fate!!
And I was in dilemma to love them or hate..
Tears on my face were mixing with rain..
All my efforts were going in vain..
I felt so fear and I felt alone!!
Pain of loneliness diffused in to bones..
All of a sudden a thought warmth my brain..
As a cup of coffee in a cute strain..
I closed my eyes and said..
Oh Allah Kareem!!
Shower your blessings indeed You are Raheem..
And what I saw when I opened my eyes
Believe!!
There was a rainbow in blue skies..
Everything was shining and looking bright!
Is it really me who was shivering with fright??
Yes!
It's only Allah who gives us peace!!
With every hardship there is an ease...
